For our colleagues who are in Private Practice, we offer Back Office Support Services. Our Back Office Service provides the administrative and marketing functions needed to successfully operate a private practice, enabling you to do what you enjoy the most – providing psychotherapy to your clients. Through our Back Office Service, we can take care of your billing, offer full-time phone reception and marketing assistance, provide you with a limited sublicense to use our electronic medical records software, and make physical office space available to you, from time-to-time, upon request.  Additionally, as part of the service, we offer opportunities to join one of our consultation teams, to participate in informative seminars and social/networking events and offer access to clinical resources, peer mentorship opportunities, and much more. In addition, you will have the benefit of being part of a community of colleagues and peers, so that you are not practicing in isolation.

As an independent provider of psychotherapy services, you will maintain complete autonomy over the size of your caseload, schedule, fee structure and all other aspects of a private practice, while enjoying the benefit of someone else handling your back-office administration.

Like-minded practitioners with a similar vision and mission for their practice are preferred. Because we believe such a philosophical alignment is necessary for a positive working relationship, we do not accept all those who are interested in engaging us for these services. We most enjoy working with colleagues that have a passion for relatively short-term, evidence-based treatment to make a difference in the lives of clients.

What We Look For:

  • Colleagues who employ work standards that match our mission, providing evidence-based treatments to the community at the highest possible standard.

  • We only work with fully licensed practitioners. If you are not already fully licensed, you may consider applying for an employment opportunity with our practice.

  • We only work with those colleagues who enjoy an excellent reputation and have strong experience in their field.

We hire master’s level or equivalent clinical counseling and social work interns at our NY, NJ, VA, and DC/MD locations. We do not currently have an internship program at our Florida office. Interns will have the opportunity to shadow and co-lead groups with licensed clinicians, as well as build their own caseload of clients. They will have both individual and group supervision, and will be invited to all company trainings and events. Interns can expect to learn caseload management, clinical note writing, and how to engage in the self-care necessary to build a successful career in counseling.  For more information about practicums or internships, please contact Paul Rahn at [email protected]

Please note that at this time we are only accepting applications for these locations. For questions about when applications for other locations will open, please reach out to Paul Rahn.
